About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Program Manager to join Jaguar Land Rover North America and Canada. This role focuses on increasing parts sales in the automotive OEM sector through client partnerships and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βIncrease national OEM parts sales share within the independent aftermarket repair marketplace
- βImplement and execute brands strategy including pricing, parts portfolio, distribution, sales & marketing
- βWork across JLR and MSX organizations to create best in class program
- βCreate strong business plans and deliver to clients
- βDevelop new JLR parts sales channels
- βManage full responsibility for JLR parts sales business steering
- βOversee sales team personnel, recruitment, management, and motivation
- βReview sales data and hold monthly program review meetings
- βAnalyze market landscape and cluster into customer groups and sales channels
- βIdentify JLR sales opportunities in collision, mechanical, service & wear sectors
- βManage key KPIs to drive sales
- βConvert sales opportunities by defining and delegating measures
Requirements
