About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Program Manager to join a global prestige automotive client. This role focuses on increasing OEM parts sales in the market, enhancing client partnerships, and driving incremental sales revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

→Increase national OEM parts sales share within the IAM marketplace
→Implement and execute brands strategy: pricing, parts portfolio, distribution, sales & marketing
→Work across OEM brand and MSX organizations to create best-in-class program
→Create strong business plans and deliver to the client
→Develop new OEM parts sales channels
→Manage OEM parts sales business steering
→Lead sales team: personnel, recruitment, management, and motivation
→Review sales data and hold monthly program review meetings
→Analyze market landscape and cluster into customer groups and sales channels
→Identify OEM sales opportunities in various sectors
→Manage KPIs to drive sales
→Convert OEM sales opportunities by defining and delegating measures

Requirements

✓Expert knowledge of OES / OEM landscape
✓Background from manufacturer, Dealer Senior Manager, or Aftermarket distributor
✓Ability to increase OEM market share against OES competition
✓Demonstrable success managing field sales teams & high-profile stakeholders
✓Proven track record in sales and target achievement
✓Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level
✓Understanding of vehicle manufacturer trade sales operations at NSC level
✓Combination of diplomacy and forcefulness to overcome hurdles
✓Highly organized and efficient work methodology
✓Excellent presentation skills
✓Ability to travel within designated territory
