About the Role
We are looking for a Polish Technical Helpdesk Agent to provide first-line support for vehicle repair businesses. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all repair-related inquiries in assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the first point of contact for repair inquiries and technical questions from repair businesses.
- →Provide technical support via remote access using proven diagnostic methods and OEM guidelines.
- →Communicate directly with repair businesses in the local language to clarify problems, collect symptoms and DTCs, and validate steps already taken.
- →Conduct initial diagnosis, comprehensive case documentation, and determine next steps for processing or escalation.
- →Escalate unresolved or complex cases to Level-2 Support including complete and structured case information.
- →Adhere to established process standards, SLAs, and data quality requirements in all interactions and tools.
- →Support OTA update processes and basic troubleshooting for software updates.
- →Document all cases, solutions, and knowledge entries carefully to improve the First-Time-Fix rate.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report recurring issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- →Contribute to continuous improvements by applying standardized workflows and suggesting process optimizations.
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in Polish for technical communication.
- ✓Strong understanding of remote support and diagnostic procedures.
- ✓Ability to follow OEM guidelines and technical documentation.
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ✓Experience with technical support or customer service roles.
- ✓Basic knowledge of software updates and troubleshooting.
