About the Role
Mudflap is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role is at the heart of our mission to support independent truckers and keep America moving. You'll be providing 24/7/365 support to our trucker customers, helping them with their payment products and fuel management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide bilingual phone support in English and Spanish to trucker customers
- →Troubleshoot customer issues in real-time with empathy and professionalism
- →Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining organization
- →Use Zendesk and internal systems to manage support tickets
- →Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-obsessed mindset
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of remote customer support experience, preferably in fintech or tech startups
- ✓Fluency in both English and Spanish
- ✓Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- ✓Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ✓Customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence
