Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role
- ✓Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- ✓Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish strongly preferred
- ✓Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
