About the Role
We are looking for a Staff AI Solutions Engineer to join Multiverse and lead the development of our internal agentic ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our business to deliver on our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain autonomous agent-based solutions that generate real impact on internal teams
- →Design, architect, and deliver AI solutions in partnership with technical and business teams
- →Own the end-to-end lifecycle from design through experimentation, deployment, and continuous iteration
- →Mentor engineers within the squad and set direction for best practices
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure what you build meets user needs and generates company-wide impact
Requirements
- ✓Proven Staff-Level experience: 6-7 years in software engineering with a strong understanding of Applied AI fundamentals
- ✓Expertise in system architecture, AI orchestration, and security by design
- ✓Proficient in Python and TypeScript, AWS Cloud, with experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
