About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong IT Technical Lead to join our lean IT Operations team at Multiverse. This hands-on role involves owning critical programs end-to-end, building automation to reduce operational toil, and acting as a technical authority across projects spanning the full business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and ship automations that address manual bottlenecks across IT Operations
- →Lead complex, cross-functional IT programs from initiation through to delivery
- →Own compliance and certification workstreams, ensuring controls and audit readiness
- →Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple IT projects simultaneously
- →Communicate technical complexity clearly to stakeholders across various departments
Requirements
- ✓Solid hands-on experience in IT technical or infrastructure roles
- ✓Automation-first mindset with a track record of using tools to scale operations
- ✓Understanding of IT security frameworks, particularly ISO 27001
- ✓Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration
- ✓Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
- ✓Highly organized with strong documentation skills
- ✓Calm, clear communicator capable of working with senior stakeholders
