About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our high-performance Account Management team at MURAL. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of the company's largest and most strategic customers through establishing strong trust-based relationships and driving successful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- โServe as the strategic partner and main point of contact for a select portfolio of high-value, enterprise customers
- โUnderstand each customerโs business goals and proactively identify new ways Mural can drive measurable impact and ROI
- โLead strategic planning and success reviews to help customers fully leverage Mural in achieving their transformation and collaboration objectives
- โManage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adoption and engagement at every level of the organization
- โOwn renewals and expansion opportunities, driving customer retention and revenue growth across your accounts
- โBuild trusted, consultative relationships with business leaders and champions
- โCollaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver a cohesive customer experience
- โHelp shape the future of our Account Management organization by refining processes and sharing best practices
- โAct as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights that inform product innovation and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- โ10+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization
- โ5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with individual accounts exceeding $500K in ARR
- โProven record of driving complex renewals, expansions, and executive alignment at the C-suite level
- โDeep experience working with large, global, matrixed organizations
- โStrategic and analytical mindset with the ability to build multi-year account plans
- โExceptional executive presence and communication skills
- โAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments
