About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team at Mural. This role focuses on managing high-value Enterprise accounts and driving user adoption of Mural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee a portfolio of 25 North America-based customers and own the full customer lifecycle
- →Be a Mural and LUMA Institute expert, identifying opportunities to drive utilization and adoption
- →Cultivate executive relationships across multiple business units as a strategic partner
- →Monitor customer health scores and use account knowledge to identify risk and create mitigation plans
- →Maintain operational excellence by keeping customer and engagement records accurate
- →Advocate for customers internally by sharing success stories and feedback
- →Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business goals and success metrics
- →Work with Sales counterparts on account strategy to ensure renewal and growth
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Customer Success experience with complex Enterprise SaaS customers
- ✓Strong discovery, consultative, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Experience with collaboration tools and understanding of design thinking or project management methods
- ✓Analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting usage data
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- ✓Highly proactive, organized, and a team player in a dynamic environment
- ✓Based in the U.S. or Canada region with willingness to travel up to 15%
