About This Role
As Senior Manager Legal Operations, you will own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, ensuring agreements move quickly, predictably, and with appropriate risk management. You will partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and keep deals progressing toward signature.
This role directly impacts revenue velocity, vendor performance, and risk exposure. You will help the business move faster while protecting the company, and continuously improve contracting processes so they scale with the organization.
Must be based in the United States.
Other responsibilities include:
β’ Manage the end-to-end contract process, from intake through negotiation to final execution
β’ Review, draft, and redline a range of agreements, including:
β’ NDAs
β’ MSAs
β’ Service Provider Agreements (SPAs)
β’ Solutions Proposals (SPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
β’ Other commercial contracts as needed
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during contract negotiations
β’ Balance speed and riskβmove agreements forward quickly without exposing Myriad to avoidable liabilities
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Insurance, etc.) to resolve business and commercial terms
β’ Identify and escalate legal or risk issues to senior legal leadership when appropriate
β’ Track and manage contract status to ensure timely execution and visibility
β’ Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and workflows
Desired skills and experience:
β’ 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role
β’ Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts)
β’ Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills
β’ Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs, etc.)
β’ Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
β’ Experience working with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar) is a plus
β’ Bachelorβs degree required; JD or paralegal certification is a plus but not required

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $120,000-$130,000 base salary, plus opportunities for bonus. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
