About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform. This role involves aligning platform capabilities with business objectives and leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- →Ensure project quality meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices
- →Report the status of all key metrics from inception through closure
- →Assist the account management team in responding to new project requests
- →Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell offerings
Requirements
- ✓9+ years of experience
- ✓Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules
- ✓Experience in project management and process automation
- ✓Ability to define product vision and strategy
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- ✓Knowledge of change management and training methodologies
