About the Role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team. This role involves building scalable microservices and distributed systems using the Java stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Writing and reviewing high-quality code
- →Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs
- →Envisioning overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- →Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- →Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
- →Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts
- →Creating and validating WBS and estimated effort for modules/tasks
- →Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to setbacks
- →Providing constructive feedback to team members
- →Troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
- →Developing solutions for issues raised during code/design review
- →Conducting POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of total experience
- ✓Strong working proficiency in Java stack (Java 8/11/17, Design Patterns, and Spring MVC)
- ✓Experience in building scalable microservices and distributed systems
- ✓Hands-on experience contributing to product architecture and system design
- ✓Experience working on large-scale, high-performance systems
- ✓Strong expertise in CI/CD practices and automation
- ✓Experience leveraging AI engineering tools (Anthropic, GitHub Copilot)
- ✓Strong working experience in RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, and Elasticsearch
- ✓Strong experience across full SDLC — feasibility, design, development, and QA support
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with good communication skills
