About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team, focusing on addressing challenges faced by US public-sector organizations. This role involves designing and implementing digital and operational business solutions to increase public value and drive efficiency across government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage directly with agency leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges in government service delivery
- →Analyze business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs unique to targeted government agencies
- →Identify solutions that address public sector pain points, including digital transformation and legacy system modernization
- →Lead discovery sessions with government agencies to conduct needs assessment and gap analyses
- →Develop and deliver tailored solution proposals demonstrating measurable improvements in government performance
- →Extract requirements from RFP and RFI to help build solution architectures
- →Build trust-based relationships with government clients as a trusted advisor
- →Contribute to knowledge-sharing within public sector communities
