About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires 11+ years of experience in architecture and development, with a focus on leading end-to-end design of full-stack applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write and review high-quality code
- →Understand functional requirements and analyze client needs
- →Envision overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- →Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets
- →Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
- →Lead/support UAT and production rollouts
- →Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort
- →Address issues promptly and respond positively to setbacks
- →Provide constructive feedback to team members
- →Help the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs
- →Conduct POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements
Requirements
- ✓11+ years of total experience
- ✓Strong experience with architecture and development in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Unit testing
- ✓Strong knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms
- ✓Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- ✓Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, Postgresql)
- ✓Experience with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- ✓Expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
- ✓Experience in leading end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack applications using .NET Core and AWS cloud services
- ✓Ability to define technical architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices
- ✓Ability to provide technical leadership in designing microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures
- ✓Ability to architect scalable APIs, backend services, and integrations leveraging AWS-native services
- ✓Ability to oversee front-end architecture using modern frameworks like React and ensure seamless integration with backend services
- ✓Ability to conduct detailed architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture vision
- ✓Ability to optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the application landscape
- ✓Ability to drive DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and cloud-native deployments
