β’ Total Experience 8+
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud.
β’ Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies
β’ Strong understanding of Data CloudβMarketing Cloud integration patterns and activation use cases.
β’ Solid experience with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and data transformations.
β’ Hands-on experience with segmentation, unification, activation, and calculated insights.
β’ Experience configuring and supporting Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
β’ Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating enterprise data sources using APIs, MuleSoft, AWS, and Azure.
β’ Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and consent management.
β’ Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools.
β’ Knowledge of real-time and batch data integration approaches.
β’ Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

β’ Writing and reviewing great quality code
β’ Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
β’ Design and implement Data 360 data models, including Data Streams, Data Bundles, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
β’ Integrate Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud for unified customer profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation.
β’ Build and maintain data transformations using Data Mapper recipes, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights.
β’ Develop scalable segmentation, unification, and activation pipelines to support personalized marketing and analytics use cases.
β’ Configure and support Marketing Cloud activations across Email, Mobile, Journey Builder, and other channels.
β’ Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines into Data Cloud using MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud connectors, AWS, Azure, APIs, and flat-file ingestion.
β’ Implement real-time and batch data synchronization across enterprise systems, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
β’ Optimize data ingestion and activation performance through monitoring, validation, and exception handling.
β’ Define and enforce data governance standards including data retention, lineage, cataloging, consent, and compliance policies.
β’ Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security configuration, and data access controls.
β’ Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate campaign and personalization requirements into technical solutions.
β’ Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to deliver integrated multi-cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce).
β’ Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data quality, integrations, and campaign activation.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and reference architecture diagrams.
β’ Establish best practices for Data CloudβMarketing Cloud integration, performance tuning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
β’ Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
