About the Role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing IT infrastructure across the Microsoft ecosystem while ensuring operational efficiency, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• →Implement and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Cloud
• →Manage and track Microsoft licenses and MS Partner benefits
• →Oversee and optimize Endpoint Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
• →Ensure compliance with security frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC-2, HIPAA
• →Provide Level 2 support, coordinating with the Helpdesk team on escalated issues
• →Support multi-platform environments: Windows, macOS, Linux
• →Manage IT operations tasks following ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• →Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines
• →Ensure alignment with internal policies and international compliance standards
