About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in both backend and frontend technologies. This role requires expertise in Python, React.js, and cloud services to design and implement scalable solutions for healthcare data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Convert client business use cases into elegant technical designs
- →Map technical decisions to requirements and translate them to developers
- →Identify and evaluate different solutions to select the best option
- →Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements
- →Write and review design documents explaining application architecture
- →Review architecture for extensibility, scalability, security, and best practices
- →Develop comprehensive solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- →Understand and apply technology integration scenarios in projects
- →Resolve code and design issues through systematic root cause analysis
- →Conduct proof-of-concepts to validate design and technology choices
Requirements
- ✓5.5+ years of total experience
- ✓Hands-on experience with Python (Fast API) for backend development and API design
- ✓Strong front-end experience with React.js, including component design and state management
- ✓Experience with healthcare data standards, especially HL7 FHIR
- ✓Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning
- ✓Experience with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
- ✓Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- ✓Solid experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipeline design
- ✓Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization
- ✓Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
