About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure high-quality outcomes for product features. This role involves building and maintaining automation frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own test coverage and quality outcomes for assigned product features
- →Build and maintain frontend and API automation; supplement with targeted manual testing
- →Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and enforce release quality gates
- →Validate feature-flagged functionality and external integrations
- →Create and manage test cases, execution, and traceability using Jira/Xray
- →Partner closely with engineering and product on release readiness and quality sign-off
- →Provide clear, timely visibility into quality status, risks, and release readiness for cross-functional teams
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in software testing/quality engineering with a strong automation focus
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Frontend automation using C# with Playwright and backend/API automation using Java
- ✓Manual API testing with Postman or similar tools
- ✓CI/CD integration using Harness.io or similar platforms
- ✓Cloud-based testing in AWS, including Lambda/serverless workflows
- ✓Execution of pre-generated performance scripts for owned services
- ✓Test management, release gating, and traceability using Jira and Xray
- ✓Experience testing distributed systems and external integrations
- ✓Comfortable working in fast-moving, Kanban-based delivery environments
