About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by engaging stakeholders across all stages of the hiring process and supporting interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding. This position requires the execution of both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and other assignments/projects which support the talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Supports Recruiters in various steps of the recruitment processes, schedules orientations, and utilises necessary resources to assess and complete tasks related to work authorisation, reference and background checks, and new hire onboarding.
- →Delivers an excellent candidate experience by coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a seamless on-site interview arrival process through timely stakeholder notification.
- →Engages and builds strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR, and other business stakeholders. Manages general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition team.
- →Prepares and distributes daily, weekly and monthly Talent Acquisition-related reports. Updates data and compiles departmental metrics as directed.
- →Represents Universal United Kingdom Resort at on-site and external job fairs, careers events and community activities.
- →Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ✓Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- ✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- ✓Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- ✓Understanding of HR policies and procedures
