About the Role
The Digital Account Manager will work with Digital and Linear Sales teams at NBCU Local to develop custom digital sales opportunities for advertisers. This role involves coordinating the execution of digital campaigns and ensuring successful fulfillment of all associated revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Aid sales force in the overall RFP and pricing and planning process
- →Create template media plans for both custom and off the shelf marketing ideas
- →Use Wide Orbit Traffic and Operative One’s Finance module to book, bill, and invoice digital campaigns
- →Work in Operative One to book and manage digital campaign products
- →Manage live campaigns by monitoring pacing and delivery
- →Develop strategic reallocation and optimizations for live campaigns
- →Coordinate with AEs on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
- →Work with the traffic/operations team to schedule, traffic and implement advertising programs
- →Pull screenshots, provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to Sales Account Executives on all active campaigns
- →Deliver superior customer service by making performance recommendations and optimizations
- →Monitor first and/or third-party impression metrics to ensure full delivery
- →Book and manage contracts in Operative One / Wide Orbit
- →Actualize billing each month and work with finance to adjust billing and provide clients with accurate invoicing
