About the Role
Join a team of creative professionals in the Production Engineering and Workplace Technology PMO, delivering high-standard solutions to the business through continuous innovation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide leadership and direction to effectively deliver engineering projects
- →Manage and deliver projects and small programs with cross-matrixed teams
- →Analyze and provide regular status reports reflecting the true state of progress
- →Ensure projects are executed within timeframes and budget according to quality and benefit targets
- →Collaborate with teams to identify, log, track and resolve project management principles
- →Manage escalations within the team or to sponsors and executives
- →Manage the complete lifecycle and facilitate team transitions between phases
- →Lead communication and information dissemination between all working teams
- →Manage meetings and check-ins with teams and leadership
- →Adhere to PMO governance including project charter and change management
- →Develop relationships with portfolio leaders, project managers, and external partners
- →Facilitate weekly project reviews including scheduling, presentations, and capturing meeting notes
- →Develop project closeout reports
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience using both agile and standard project methodologies
- ✓Knowledge and experience with endpoint management platform and production technology
- ✓Detailed knowledge and proven experience with project management knowledge areas
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI, Smartsheets
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- ✓Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts/requirements
- ✓A true collaborator and team player who can encourage and promote one team across groups
