About the Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires strong business acumen and technical leadership to modernize applications and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
→Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation
→Provide technical leadership and guidance aligned with business goals
→Convert business processes into technical Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
→Oversee ServiceNow development and deployment ensuring best practices
→Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope
→Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation including configuration and testing
→Implement and manage ServiceNow Sprints for agile delivery
→Design integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
→Leverage ServiceNow automation capabilities to streamline IT processes
→Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across systems
→Utilize Automation Engine/Integration Hub and RPA Hub for integration
→Establish and enforce governance standards for ServiceNow usage
→Ensure compliance with government and industry standards
→Monitor platform performance and implement improvements
→Develop user personas and create user experience strategies
→Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
→Conduct training sessions on ServiceNow technologies
→Architect solutions with integrations to Microsoft Azure

Requirements

✓Enterprise solution architect-level skills with ServiceNow platform
✓Deep technical expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and SPM
✓Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) preferred
✓Strong business acumen and technical understanding
✓Experience with REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies
✓Knowledge of Automation Engine, Integration Hub, and RPA Hub
✓Understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies
✓Leadership experience mentoring junior architects and developers
✓Experience with agile methodologies and sprint management
✓Ability to develop architectural blueprints and documentation
✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
