About the Role
We are looking for an Informatica Support Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on supporting, operating, and enhancing Informatica-based data integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor, track, and support daily BAU Informatica jobs across PowerCenter, DEI, and BDM
- →Troubleshoot job failures, perform reruns, and manage incident escalations
- →Ensure environment stability and adherence to operational SLAs
- →Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica tools
- →Implement and manage dynamic mappings for flexible, reusable ETL solutions
- →Support data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes
- →Perform end-to-end data loading and validation for newly onboarded systems
- →Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless data integration
- →Support platform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance
- →Maintain SOPs, onboarding documents, job runbooks, and support documentation
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Data Engineering Integration, and Big Data Management
- ✓Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot job failures and manage incident escalations
- ✓Experience with dynamic mappings and production support
- ✓Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes
- ✓Familiarity with platform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance
- ✓Experience with maintaining SOPs, onboarding documents, job runbooks, and support documentation
