About the Role
We are seeking a Service Line Support Manager to lead and mentor a team providing administrative and logistics support for various Service Lines and Practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and mentor a team of Service Line Support staff
- →Oversee Service Line initiatives and programmes
- →Represent Service Lines in Corporate initiatives
- →Coordinate briefings and collect required data from delivery teams
- →Manage internal and external stakeholders
- →Plan and monitor team workload and resource utilization
- →Review processes to identify improvement areas
- →Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
