About the Role
We are seeking a Network Solution Architect to lead the transformation of autonomous networks for Communications Service Providers (CSPs). This strategic role involves designing and implementing advanced network solutions that integrate AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and implement Autonomous Network strategies for CSP customers
- →Lead cross-functional engineering teams including network domain engineers, systems integration engineers, and AI developers
- →Engage with C-level stakeholders to influence transformation roadmaps
- →Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with CSP business objectives
- →Architect and integrate OSS/BSS systems across various network management domains
- →Develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and self-healing networks
- →Drive closed-loop automation and intent-based orchestration
- →Provide thought leadership in AI-enabled network strategy
- →Oversee vendor integration and performance optimization initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in network architecture and autonomous network solutions
- ✓Strong background in AI/ML and GenAI implementation
- ✓Expertise in integrating OSS/BSS systems and cloud-native architectures
