About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Tester with mandatory SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience to support a major HR systems enhancement project. This role will lead and execute testing activities across configuration changes and system testing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute testing activities across configuration changes, system testing for EC modules, end-to-end testing, SIT cycles, and potentially UAT support
- →Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and plans across SAP Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- →Execute and oversee system testing, SIT, regression cycles, and end-to-end scenarios
- →Validate payroll results, data flows, and interface behavior
- →Manage defect management and coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams
- →Prepare and maintain all test documentation
- →Ensure traceability to requirements and support UAT activities
- →Deliver regular test status reporting and risk escalation to project leadership
Requirements
- ✓Strong hands-on SAP testing expertise
- ✓Deep understanding of ECP and EC data flows
- ✓Experience with configuration changes, system testing, SIT cycles, and UAT support
- ✓Ability to work closely with functional consultants, payroll SMEs, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- ✓Experience with test strategy development, test planning, and defect management
- ✓Knowledge of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
