About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our LATAM remote team at Nortal. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned accounts, focusing on building trust-based relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Build, manage, and strengthen long-term, trust-based relationships with assigned clients
→Define and implement growth strategies for each account, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
→Manage revenue, forecasting, and margin targets for assigned accounts
→Report key metrics including revenue, forecast, opportunities, and client temperature
→Resolve client issues or requests promptly and effectively
→Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, agreements, and account details
→Maintain clear documentation of communications and strategic decisions

Requirements

✓3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development within a tech/software company
✓Proven track record of account growth and revenue target achievement
✓Experience managing mid-to-large B2B accounts and building long-term client relationships
✓Strong financial acumen with understanding of revenue forecasting, margin management, and P&L
✓Experience negotiating contracts and driving commercial expansions
✓Solid understanding of technology solutions (SaaS, software development, cloud, or IT services)
✓Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
✓Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client-oriented mindset
