About the Role
We are looking for a FP&A Modelling and Data Insights Analyst to join Nebius, a leader in cloud computing for the global AI economy. This role involves delivering high-quality financial models to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare and maintain Excel models predicting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impact
- →Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights using advanced analytics and visualization tools
- →Provide analytical support for financial KPIs and performance trends
- →Analyze forecast accuracy and identify areas for financial modelling improvement
- →Prepare executive summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders
- →Drive improvements in FP&A tools and internal reporting processes
- →Support the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs
- →Develop Group FP&A data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
- →Partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve data quality
- →Support monthly and quarterly P&L, balance sheet reviews
- →Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial statements
- →Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leadership and business unit heads
- →Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- →Define and maintain cash-flow and capital funding models
- →Work closely with the business for unit economics, new initiatives, and special deals
- →Review and validate operational models built by business teams
Requirements
- ✓4–6+ years of experience in FP&A and complex modelling
- ✓Strong visualization, analytical capabilities, and advanced financial modelling skills
- ✓Attention to detail and ability to work independently on complex calculations
- ✓Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow statements, balance sheet mechanics, and financial drivers
- ✓Experience in board reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- ✓Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling best practices
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- ✓High resilience with the ability to maintain sound judgment in fast-paced environments
- ✓Experience with BI/planning tools
- ✓Strong experience with board level PowerPoint presentation
