About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager - Security to lead and scale Nebius’ Security Product domain. This strategic leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Nebius’ customer-facing security portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Nebius’ Security product portfolio
- →Lead a team of Security Product Managers and build a high-performing security product team
- →Guide new security features and services from ideation to launch
- →Engage with enterprise customers to understand security expectations and evolving threat landscapes
- →Work closely with Engineering, Legal, Platform Security, and Go-To-Market teams
- →Continuously evaluate cloud security trends and competitive offerings
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2+ years leading Product Managers
- ✓Proven experience owning multiple product lines or a complex platform domain
- ✓Experience building and mentoring product teams
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence engineering architecture decisions
- ✓Strong enterprise mindset with experience supporting complex customer requirements
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Data-driven and execution-oriented
