About the Role
We are looking for a Workflow Architect to join Nebius, a leader in cloud computing for the global AI economy. This role focuses on building automated systems to handle manual friction and support end-to-end architecture and data integrity of Talent Acquisition systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain sophisticated, enterprise-grade workflows using low-code/no-code tools
- →Design complex, multi-stage interview scheduling that handles multiple time zones
- →Create an "Internal Talent Marketplace" bot to skill-match current employees to new openings
- →Standardize the "voice" of the company at scale with automated communication
- →Explore and implement LLM integrations for initial resume screening or personalized outreach
- →Partner with stakeholders to design and maintain bi-directional integrations
- →Define and document core data fields and schemas required for reliable reporting
Requirements
- ✓Systems Architecture Mindset: Ability to design automation within a broader ecosystem
- ✓Data Modeling & Field Design: Strong understanding of how upstream data capture affects downstream reporting
- ✓Integration Strategy: Experience designing APIs, middleware workflows, and fallback logic
- ✓Reporting Enablement: Familiarity with how recruiting data is consumed by Finance, People Analytics, and leadership dashboards
- ✓Automation Platforms: Deep knowledge of platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Make.com
- ✓Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript or Python
- ✓UI/UX Design Thinking: Understanding of user experience
- ✓User Empathy: Ability to identify where automation would be helpful
- ✓Agility & Prototyping: Bias for Action; ability to build a "Minimum Viable Product" workflow
- ✓Problem-Solving: Mechanical mindset to troubleshoot complex workflows
- ✓Cross-Functional Fluency: Able to translate between different teams
- ✓Architectural Judgment: Knows when to build quick automation vs. when to invest in foundational structure
- ✓Change Management: Understands that system changes affect behaviors, incentives, and decision-making
