About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join our Partnerships Team at Nelly, a healthcare fintech company. This role focuses on building and scaling Nelly’s partner ecosystem into a measurable growth channel.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and structure Nelly’s existing and future partner ecosystem
→Transform partnerships from ad-hoc collaboration into structured, commercially impactful relationships
→Segment and prioritise partners, define clear value propositions, and implement activation plans
→Drive partner-sourced qualified leads and revenue contribution in collaboration with Sales
→Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Marketing
→Develop partner enablement materials and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
→Establish transparent reporting, standardised onboarding, and scalable partner models
→Proactively identify, prioritise, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships

Requirements

✓Minimum of 4 years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles
✓Proven experience driving partner-sourced pipeline or revenue
✓Experience working with integration or technology partners
✓Commercial mindset with outcome ownership
✓Strong relationship builder with commercial instinct
✓Structured and process-oriented
✓Comfortable being measured on pipeline contribution
✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
✓High ownership and execution discipline
✓Business-fluent German and English required
✓Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open doors and create opportunities
