About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager, Production to join Nen Creative, a fast-growing agency that partners with tech startups to launch bold ideas. This role will be the first point of contact for incoming clients and the connective tissue between them and our creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the inbound lead pipeline and guide prospects through the decision process
- →Lead discovery calls to understand client goals and scope projects accurately
- →Prepare proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with creative leadership
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for all pricing questions, scope changes, and contract matters
- →Build and nurture client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- →Own the health of the CRM and keep pipeline data accurate
- →Collaborate with producers and creatives to ensure project scopes are realistic
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in a producer, account management, business development, sales, or growth role
- ✓Background in film, video, or content production is a strong plus
- ✓Natural communicator with warm, clear communication style
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals and client relationships
- ✓Self-directed and proactive problem-solver
- ✓Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- ✓Strong written English and attention to detail
