About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join Neo4j's accelerated growth team. This role will ensure strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Intelligence, and other departments to help design and implement revenue growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Contribute to Neo4j's accelerated growth by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Intelligence teams
→Provide scalable processes, strategies, and tactics to grow and capture market share globally
→Serve as a subject matter expert in Sales Operations within the Revenue Operations team
→Develop key metrics and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company goals
→Create automated efficiencies and repeatable processes to scale effectiveness of sellers and Revenue Strategy teams
→Help determine and prioritize operational priorities connected to customer acquisition, growth, and ongoing success
→Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and other Sales Operations efforts
→Assist with annual planning, territory design, sales compensation planning, sales quota allocation, and general sales alignment
→Execute effective change management and communications for technology implementations and automation within the Sales organization
→Partner with the Office of the CRO and Revenue Intelligence teams to deliver core quantitative analysis, reporting, and dashboards

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
✓Strong track record of improving revenue generating processes
✓Highly organized and continuously improvement-driven
✓Deep cross-functional experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems teams
✓Excellent communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
✓Skilled at providing sales leaders with actionable insights and pipeline visibility
✓Proven success in designing and implementing scalable processes
✓Expert in GTM workflows related to core sales technology systems
✓Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
