About the Role
We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to join our team, which develops the distributed aspects of the Neo4j database. The team is responsible for ensuring data consistency and high query performance across systems. This role is critical for enterprise customers who require high availability, horizontal scalability, and deployment flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work across the database stack, from low-level systems programming to higher-level development of distributed control planes
- →Architect systems that handle failing servers, unstable networks, and query overloads
- →Collaborate with support engineers to track down bugs, with SREs to support database as a service, and with product managers to design new features
- →Specialize in topics like cloud-native architectures, networking, and distributed consensus algorithms
