About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate to join our Finance team at Neo Financial. This role involves supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support corporate cash flow planning processes by collaborating with department heads
- →Prepare detailed financial forecasts and analyze variances
- →Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives
- →Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis
- →Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance
- →Support strategic decision making with financial analysis
- →Prepare presentations and insights for the Senior Leadership Team
- →Develop dashboards and KPIs to track business performance
Requirements
- ✓University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- ✓3-5 years of work experience in an analytical role
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Meticulous attention to detail
- ✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
