About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Data-Driven Decisions (DDD) team at Neon, one of Brazil's leading fintechs. This role focuses on transforming complex credit infrastructure into business capabilities while ensuring engineering teams focus on high ROI initiatives aligned with our 2026 strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

→Master the Product Lifecycle: Balance new features with technical debt while owning the roadmap
→Focus on Impact and Prioritization: Use our framework to ensure all team efforts generate tangible value or technical maturity
→Technical Depth: Partner directly with engineering, understanding the stack to discuss architectural trade-offs
→Leadership and Influence: Mentor junior PMs and serve as an internal reference for product best practices
→Technical Productization: Transform complex credit infrastructure into self-service business capabilities
→Stakeholder Management: Act as the decision interface between business units and engineering
→Operational Excellence: Reduce time-to-market for credit models and datasets

Requirements

✓Advanced analytic capacity to support all product decisions
✓Proven experience creating clear impact by prioritizing business-connected opportunities
✓Strong communication skills for both synchronous and asynchronous interactions
✓Previous experience with data platforms or Machine Learning is a critical differentiator
