About the Role
We are looking for a Sound Project Manager to join the Sound Team at ROUND8 Studio. This role focuses on designing auditory experiences that define immersion in games.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine production milestones and own the end-to-end sound production schedule
- βLead contracting, bidding, and procurement with domestic and worldwide partners
- βCoordinate workflows between Sound Directors, Composers, and Designers to ensure seamless internal alignment
- βOptimize task management and pipeline efficiency using Jira and Confluence
- βOversee production budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation
- βLead meetings and manage professional documentation for global stakeholders.
Requirements
- βStrong ability to communicate logically and responsibly within complex production environments
- βProficiency in global business communication (capable of leading meetings and drafting professional documents)
- βDeep understanding of game sound or music production processes
- βProven ability to structure production data and manage schedules using Excel or equivalent tools
- βNative-level fluency in Korean (written and verbal) is required
