About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Nestmed, an AI platform transforming healthcare documentation. This role will serve as the first line of support for clinicians, staff, and admins, helping to resolve issues and improve product usability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the first line of support for users via Zendesk (email, chat, tickets, phone)
- →Troubleshoot user-reported issues and escalate bugs to product/engineering
- →Triage and categorize inbound tickets to improve response speed
- →Translate user feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
- →Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a proactive support experience
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, ideally in healthtech or healthcare SaaS
- ✓Familiarity with Zendesk
- ✓Deep understanding of clinical workflows, home health, or EHR/EMR systems
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational habits and proactive follow-up instincts
- ✓Comfort with fast-changing environments and a bias toward action
