About the Role
NetBox Labs is seeking a Head of EMEA Sales to build and scale their enterprise sales motion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This leader will drive regional revenue growth and develop market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit, develop, and lead Enterprise Account Executives across the EMEA region
- →Build a culture of accountability and operational rigor
- →Coach and mentor reps to improve pipeline quality and close rates
- →Drive adoption of sales methodologies to increase forecast accuracy
- →Own the EMEA revenue number and achieve targets
- →Develop regional expansion strategies and identify key verticals
- →Serve as a hands-on front-line leader for high-value opportunities
- →Engage directly with senior stakeholders on complex deals
- →Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline
Requirements
- ✓8–12+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- ✓3–5+ years in a senior leadership role
- ✓Proven track record of leading sales teams across multiple EMEA countries
- ✓Success exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets in complex environments
- ✓Experience selling infrastructure, networking, or open-source technologies
- ✓Strong executive presence and C-level stakeholder engagement
- ✓Deep understanding of cultural and commercial nuances across EMEA markets
- ✓Willingness to travel across the region as required
