About the Role
We are looking for an Azure & Microsoft 365 Security Engineer to join our Cloud Security & Managed Services team. This role focuses on protecting enterprise cloud environments by designing, implementing, and operating security controls across Azure and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement Zero Trust security architectures across Azure and Microsoft 365
- →Deploy and manage Microsoft Entra ID security controls including Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management, and Identity Protection
- →Implement and operate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Cloud
- →Design and maintain data protection controls using Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention
- →Integrate Microsoft Sentinel for cloud security monitoring and incident detection
- →Develop security monitoring use cases, alert tuning logic, and incident response workflows
- →Perform security posture assessments using Microsoft Secure Score and Defender for Cloud recommendations
- →Conduct security reviews of Azure resources including networking, storage, compute, and identity
- →Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts in cloud workloads
- →Automate security operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting
- →Participate in cloud security incident response and root cause analysis
- →Prepare security architecture documentation and operational runbooks
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 security solutions
- ✓Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
- ✓Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Defender suite, and Purview
- ✓Understanding of cloud security monitoring and incident response
- ✓Scripting skills with PowerShell or Azure CLI
