About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Netcompany's team in Germany. This role focuses on establishing and structuring Netcompany's strategic presence in the German capital, with a specific focus on long-term relationships with federal decision-makers, ministries, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Building, maintaining, and further developing Netcompany's network in Berlin and the rest of Germany
- →Establishing and structuring Netcompany's presence in Berlin as a strategic hub for business development and public affairs
- →Continuously monitoring and identifying new business and collaboration opportunities based on political initiatives
- →Ensuring close contact with Netcompany's selected partner companies in the German market
- →Planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, events, and networking activities
- →Providing operational support for ongoing business development
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with business development, public affairs, and strategic market research
- ✓In-depth understanding of the political-administrative system in Germany, particularly at the federal level
- ✓Strong relational skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted networks at the decision-maker level
- ✓Work strategically and be able to translate political and market insights into concrete business opportunities
- ✓Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite
