About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. This role focuses on driving strategic projects that support Netcompany’s continued development and international scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive implementation of new financial systems, ERP solutions, and reporting tools
- →Lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to current legislation and international standards
- →Support international offices with IFRS implementation and financial system requirements
- →Ensure effective integration of financial processes in connection with acquisitions
- →Collaborate closely with IT, business, and international Finance colleagues to strengthen our financial setup
- →Assist the management team with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Requirements
- ✓Relevant higher education and 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or similar
- ✓Strong project management skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Experience with IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- ✓Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
