Join Netcompany as a Junior Full Stack Engineer/Consultant and shape solutions that drive digital transformation across Europe. You'll combine hands-on development with client advisory, working on large-scale IT projects that impact millions of EU citizens.

Key Responsibilities

→Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects from requirements analysis to user training
→Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into technical specifications
→Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend
→Implement CRM/CX solutions and integrate them into complex enterprise environments
→Act as a business advisor by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions
→Lead sub-streams of work, conduct daily stand-ups, and report progress to clients or project managers
→Build long-term client relationships based on trust and technical excellence
→Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts
→Produce clear technical and functional documentation
→Support knowledge sharing and mentor more junior team members

Requirements
