About the Role
We are looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join our team at Netcompany. This role involves working on large-scale transformation projects within the EU and Public Sector business units, focusing on creating efficient and citizen-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development
- →Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements
- →Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization
- →Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
- →Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams
- →Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Agile methodologies
- ✓Strong understanding of business requirements analysis
- ✓Ability to create detailed documentation and specifications
- ✓Experience with UAT and testing processes
