About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing business processes and improving system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse business processes, identify process issues, delays, bottlenecks and propose process improvements and automation opportunities
- →Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study process and system capabilities, write specifications
- →Gather requirements, define scope, use cases, business rules and the business domain while clarifying terminology
- →Conduct impact analysis of a requirement or change request
- →Write and Maintain documentation regarding processes and analysis of the system
- →Liaise between various departments and groups
- →Collaborate with key stakeholders and communicate effectively
- →Collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams and Information Technology (IT) teams
