About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Marketing Operations Consultant to join Netcompany UK’s high-performing marketing team. This hands-on role will play a critical part in executing the company’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and ensuring ideas turn into action.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute GTM-related events, campaigns, and projects to elevate Netcompany’s profile and grow the customer base in the UK.
- →Drive events that build pipeline for business development, managing activities with senior stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.
- →Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and sales teams to ensure GTM initiatives are executed seamlessly.
- →Maintain workflows, project tracking, and tools like Notion, CRM, and Teams to support operational excellence.
- →Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the UK and Denmark, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills.
- ✓Proficiency with tools such as Notion, CRM, and Teams.
- ✓Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
