We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our UK Recruitment team. This role is instrumental in the organization's growth and focuses on hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to recruitment targets within agreed time frames and quality standards
- →Develop innovative ways to reach candidates, including improving search strategies and tools
- →Utilize Boolean search strings and share knowledge with the team
- →Conduct candidate research via relevant tools and channels
- →Hold pitches with candidates aligned with value propositions and corporate strategy
- →Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities
- →Provide relevant information to the team about challenges and successes
- →Generate an open, professional, and trusting relationship with candidates
- →Ensure planning and organization of work, reporting on issues and processes
- →Manage stakeholders and influence effectively as a trusted advisor

- →Contribute to great teamwork within the recruitment team
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of Tech Recruitment experience
- ✓Strong understanding of Boolean search strings
- ✓Experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment tools
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines and handle administration duties
- ✓Teamwork and collaboration skills
