About the Role
We are looking for a product designer to join Netic, an AI revenue engine for essential services. You'll shape net-new interactions between humans and AI, build core product, and set the foundation to scale the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end design process from problem understanding to shipping and iterating
- →Embrace innovation and change by using AI to clarify thinking and validate ideas
- →Figure out solutions by talking to customers and running experiments
- →Build the full picture by prototyping designs with Cursor/Claude and refining in Figma
- →Develop and maintain a flexible design system for visual cohesion and efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience designing and shipping complex products
- ✓Ownership mindset with ability to create direction and form opinions
- ✓Strong communication skills with ability to write and present well
