About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to establish and lead our Revenue Operations capability as a centre of excellence at Netwealth, a leading FinTech company in Australia. This role offers a rare opportunity to build and shape the function, working closely with senior leaders to design operating models that support current scale and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer and Finance
- →Act as a centre of excellence for revenue data, analytics and insights, providing clear reporting to senior leadership
- →Design and optimise revenue processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking and planning
- →Partner with leaders to improve go-to-market execution, decision-making and operational efficiency
- →Define and maintain revenue metrics, dashboards and governance that scale with the organisation
- →Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects related to growth, pricing, performance and operating rhythm
- →Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without relying on hierarchy
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or a closely related discipline with 8-10 years' experience minimum
- ✓Exposure to complex revenue models and cross-functional operating environments
- ✓Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- ✓The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executives
- ✓A pragmatic mindset, knowing when 'simple and effective' beats over-engineering
- ✓Experience operating in organisations that are growing, but not yet enterprise-scale
