We are excited to welcome a talented Revenue Cloud Consultant to our Revenue Solutions team. This role is instrumental in supporting business transformation initiatives and helping organizations unlock the value of their Go-to-Market strategies. By leveraging Quote-to-Cash technologies, the Revenue Cloud Consultant will contribute to improving sales and finance alignment, streamlining operational processes, and supporting scalable, impactful solutions.

As a Consultant, you will support solution delivery efforts, contribute to configurations, and assist in delivering impactful client solutions.
Position Overview
The Revenue Cloud Consultant will support the design, development, and implementation of Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions for digital transformation initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to support the delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
You will contribute to modernizing Quote-to-Cash processes, helping drive efficiencies, improving sales performance, and supporting the scaling of revenue operations. Your responsibilities will focus on execution and support across delivery phases, while gaining exposure to broader solution design and strategy.
Additionally, you will contribute to Revenue Lifecycle Management initiatives, platform enablement efforts, and systems integration activities, supporting best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Configuration
• Support Solution Design: Assist in designing Salesforce solutions tailored for Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Invoicing.
• Contribute to Documentation: Help develop and maintain solution documentation, including configurations, integrations, and system design details.
Quote-to-Cash Optimization
• Analyze Processes: Support the evaluation of product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement Enhancements: Assist in implementing solutions aligned with business goals to improve scalability and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
• Engage Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, to gather and clarify requirements.
• Support Alignment: Help bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and deliverables.
Implementation Support
• Support Project Delivery: Contribute to the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.
• Assist with Execution: Support key phases of delivery, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Customization and Integration
• Utilize Tools: Work with Salesforce-native tools such as Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, and Invoice Management.
• Support Integrations: Assist with integrating Salesforce with other systems (e.g., Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign) and support data migration efforts.
Continuous Improvement and Learning
• Stay Current: Keep up with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Contribute Ideas: Support the evaluation of new features, tools, and processes to improve workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience
• Salesforce Experience: 2–4 years working with Salesforce, with exposure to CPQ and Billing.
• Project Experience: Experience contributing to Salesforce implementations, ideally in enterprise environments.
• Financial Knowledge: Foundational understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue processes.
• Metrics Familiarity: Exposure to metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR.
• CLM & E-Signature Tools: Familiarity with document generation, CLM, or e-signature tools.
• Integration Exposure: Experience or exposure to integrating Salesforce with platforms like Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, or similar tools.
Technical Skills
• Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, and basic customizations.
• CPQ Knowledge: Experience supporting quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
• Development Exposure: Familiarity with Apex or Omniscript is a plus.
• Data Analytics: Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Integration Concepts: Basic understanding of APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Workato.
Communication & Collaboration
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and senior team members.
• Risk Awareness: Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately.
Business Acumen
• Process Understanding: Knowledge of Sales, Product, Billing, and Accounting workflows.
• Go-to-Market Awareness: Familiarity with GTM strategies including channels or partnerships.
• Results-Oriented: Ability to support solutions that align with business goals.
Certifications (Preferred)
